Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager with 3-5 years of relevant industry experience and strong connections within the healthcare sector. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in healthcare sales and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
- Identify and prioritize target markets, industries, and key accounts.
- Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations.

- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales collateral and promotional materials.
- Networking and Industry Engagement:
- Leverage existing industry connections to generate leads and build a robust sales pipeline.
- Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to represent the company and establish new business relationships.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the operations, marketing, and product teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
- Provide feedback and insights to help improve product offerings and customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of sales experience in the healthcare industry, preferably with a focus on employer direct healthcare solutions.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong network of industry contacts and relationships.
